One Way Window is a short kinetic visual novel about reflecting and transgenderism, with added doses of mental illness and anime merch bribery.
One Way Window is also about your friend asking you if you want to create a visual novel within a month during midterm season and then vanishing without further elaboration when you respond.

Everything was made by Faiza and Shep, save for Nighten's texting asset and sound effects from Freesound and Pixabay. This is our first ever game, so let us know if there are any bugs!

this is so so lovely. i personally resonated a lot with ji hoo’s experience, struggling to meet people, still sort of wearing baggy plain clothes and all…. i think it kind of made me sob a little how wonderful diya and ji hoo’s friendship is. its small things like this that feels so warming, diya pushing ji hoo to experience new things, to hopefully change and grow, some of those words i also needed to hear myself. the art is so full of warmth as well… loved it
